i guess i should start by getting things straight. im not uber interesting or anything, im just a regular bloke strugling through life in london. however, ive never kept a diary and thought that this would be quite an interesting way of recording my thoughts.
god only knows how often i will post on here, or if anyone will even read this, but it's not about popularity. is it?
im 24, but in my head i still feel about 19. i pretty much live for the weekend. i work in a well known high street bookshop chain. the pay is not great and it is by no means a career move. it simply pays the bills and leaves a few pennies over at the end of the week for some adventures in town. not surprisingly, i enjoy literature (although selling it is not so great). my other great passion is music. everyone i know would describe me as an indie kid, so i guess thats what i am (but the arctic monkeys would probably argue). every spare penny that i have goes on my pursuit of the ultimate rock and roll experience. i have no idea what that is though. i guess once i find out the fun will be taken out of it. i wont do anything as geeky as list my favourite bands or anything, but pretty much if a guitar is involved, ill give it a listen.
i think thats enough for my (awful) general intro. i will return with a proper blog, whatever that is, some time in the future.
